TEXT - UPSP Collaboration

This is a highlight post for the latest collaboration over on Urban Picnic Street Photography. I thought I would take this opportunity to say thanks to both Jonathan and Danielle for what was a great process. And to share with you my favourite images from both of the guys.

‘TEXT’ investigates the words and signs that are all around us. Photos taken during January 2014.

I think that the set of images overall highlight the fact that its often the simplest of ideas that reap the grand rewards. Both Danielle and Jonathan have come away with some really cool interpretations of what was a very simple theme.

The two images that I have shared above are the stand outs for me. It was interesting to see that both Danielle and Jonatham came away with images that displayed really bold colours and contrasts. Even though the images are from two different artists, they work really well as a set.
